These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ApnaMoment, including apnamoment.com and app.apnamoment.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ApnaMoment. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Accounts
Hosts sign in through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your ApnaMoment moments. Notify us immediately at support@apnamoment.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, including photos of others without consent where required by law
- Upload illegal, harmful, harassing, or explicit content
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages through RSVP or invitation features
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Hosts are responsible for moderating guest uploads when moderation is enabled and for setting appropriate gallery access controls for their events.
Content and ownership
You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant ApnaMoment a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service — including syncing photos to the host's Google Photos albums and displaying them in galleries the host enables.
Hosts control whether guest galleries are public, password-protected, or moderated. Guests should only upload content they are comfortable sharing with the event host and other guests who can access the gallery.
Google Photos integration
The Service uses Google APIs to store photos in the host's Google Photos account. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's terms and policies. ApnaMoment is not responsible for changes to or availability of Google services.
Service availability
We strive to keep ApnaMoment available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible. During early access, the Service may change frequently.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APNAMOMENT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but content already synced to Google Photos remains in the host's Google account.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post updates on this page.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
